Amfanin Tsamiya
1. Tana Taimakawa Narkewar Abinci 🍽️
Tsamiya na da fiber mai yawa wanda ke sauƙaƙa narkewar abinci da hana matsalar ƙashi (constipation).

Yana ɗauke da sinadaran da ke taimakawa wajen rage hawan jini da hana kumburin jijiya.
